If you start Tomb Raider Mod Launcher and you are shown an error message that mentions VCRUNTIME140.dll or an api dll file missing, you need to install the Visual Studio 2017 Runtime. Windows XP users will need to make sure that Service Pack 3 is installed.

Tomb Raider Level Editor is the most recommended download.
Tomb Raider Level Editor (Smaller) doesn't include the map files and automatically builds them which will take longer.
